What should happen when a ten year old American girl comes home from a vacation in Asia, but got a permanent tattoo on her body in Asia with her parents consent? The child has a very good relation ship with her mother & father, and does not want the tattoo removed. This is not a crime under US law, since she got the tattoo in Asia.
