Getting Clear About Common Anxiety Symptoms

Advisory bulletins for medical and health conditions such as  heart attacks or seizures appear to be surfacing all over American television these days.  TV and radio advertisements tell us what to do should we experience dizziness, fainting, tingling sensations, and the like.  However, hardly ever will we see an ad detailing common anxiety symptoms, which is rather uncaring considering many people have them and are extremely confused by these symptoms.

Going through anxiety symptoms is very common in our modern society, when we are presented with stressful situations on a regular basis.  Whether it’s the distress that we might be astray in an unfamiliar environment or we’re going to be late for a business meeting or when the cell phone rings suddenly, we all come face to face with angst at some point in our life.  Many people on the other hand may have anxiety symptoms for seemingly no cause whatsoever, and could confuse these with the symptoms of getting a seizure or some other medical condition.  Those who suffer from anxiety attacks frequently confuse these symptoms.

Panic disorder symptoms are definitely unique for everyone, and often it’s apparent that we’re simply feeling anxiety – right before speaking in public, when they’re about to be married, when you open your front door and see a couple of thugs standing there; these situations might easily make any of us anxious and nervous!  Although for most of us, anxiety symptoms may also include shortness of breath, heart contractions, vommiting, chest pains, irregular breathing, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face, or toes.  Stomach aches, and headaches are not unusual either.  You can understand how these conditions could easily be confused with a heart attack or asthma or any number of other conditions.

If you have these anxiety symptoms on a regular basis, and especially if they tend to show up for no reason, you should probably speak to your doctor.  For starters, you will want to rule out the possibility of it being a heart attack or something that severe.  Secondly, he or she can prescribe pills or therapies that can help you cope with the anxiety symptoms while simultaneously working with you to discover why you’re tense and anxious to begin with.  You might have some chemical imbalances in the brain or may need to apply some new positive techniques on how to process an event so that you will be able to prevent the start of a panic attack before it gets really bad.

I managed to cure my panic disorder after a lot of trial and error and dragging my family through the nightmare with me.  The solution I used was completely natural, drug-free and did not require lengthy counseling – I’m happy to say that I’ve been anxiety free for a few years now, I only wish I had used it years earlier.
